Please note that an emergency is regarded as something that is dangerous or causing serious damage and CANNOT wait until the next working day.
Any call out charges for contractors who have been called out and the matter is not an emergency will be billed to the person who called them out.

In the event of an emergency you can of course choose to instruct any contractor of your choice. However you must be aware that you will be liable for any costs in the first instance.
If for example there is a leak from your flat into another flat then you will have to instruct a plumber to attend your property, find the leak and fix it. If you instruct one of our approved contractors above they should be able to tell you if the liability lies with you or with the management company and will advise you and Moat Lodge Management accordingly.
